Yes the Latest Manufacturing change has come about to improve production costs of the latest Wii Consoles in the Form of a Modified Wii Drive board being hailed Wii D2C2 or Wii D2C 2.

Q. Dear Modchip -Wizard Tech support,
I've come across a problem with the wii install that i'm hoping you may be able to help. My friend recently purchased a new wii with a 3.3U update preinstalled, i've tried a d2sun version2.1 with the wiiclip but does not recognize disc. It seems to just stop the disc from spinning. Same problem when i tried installing the d2ckey with wiiclip, but still no response. I don't think it could be the chip problem because i've installed then on 3.2u versions without any problem. Would i need to downgrade the version and how do i do it?? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly.

Australia we have 3.3E ( Same as 3.3U ) - it has no effect on Modchip- all modchips work fine with 3.3E ( Europe ) / 3.3U ( USA ) / 3.3J (JAPAN )
